When you contact us or request an appointment we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the scan type you enquire about. This information is submitted through our booking form, contact form, and enquiry forms — including forms completed on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

When you visit this website we collect the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.
3. Health information
Any medical or diagnostic information arising from a scan is handled separately under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). It is not collected through this website. Please do not use our marketing or enquiry forms to send medical details.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
If you sign up for our appointment text messages we collect your name, your mobile number, and a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and your browser details). We use this only to send the appointment and care messages described in our Terms & Conditions — appointment confirmations and reminders, scan preparation instructions, report-ready notifications, and replies to your questions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Analytics and advertising technologies
